Bayou Classic sometime call the Big Easy Classic is played in New Orleans, Louisiana the Saturday after Thanksgiving of each year. This is a clash between Grambling State University and Southern University; each is a major football power house. Grambling State University is located Grambling, Louisiana founded 1929. Southern University is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana founded 1880. Both are outstanding Universities.

Arrived and checking in at our Hotel the Fairmont was time for our tour of the New Orleans. New Orleans is an Old City which resembles Cities in France. One stop on our tour impressed me was cemeteries.
New Orleans is surrounded by water Mississippi River, Lake Pontchartrain and Swamps. This condition cause water to fill graves. Result above ground Tombs was built. Some Cemeteries have lavish Tombs. We were counsel to visited Cemeteries in groups or by tours.
